8 Election Day Deals for Voters today
1. Lyft
Lyft is offering 50% off rides (up to $10) to take customers to the polls by using the code VOTE24. The deal is valid for all rideshare, bikeshare or scooter rides from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. on voting election day.
2. Uber
Same goes over at Uber. The deal is 50% off rides (up to $10) when customers use the new “Go Vote” tile on the app, which also helps to find one’s polling location.
3. Edible Arrangements
If you show off your fancy “I Voted” sticker (and why wouldn’t you?), you’ll get something sweet from the delicious bouquet makers at Edible Arrangements. According to the store, you can get one free treat per in-store customer who comes in sporting their sticker. Participating locations only.
4. Norms Restaurants
Today only, Norms Restaurants customers will be able to snag a buy one, get one free entrée deal when they show their “I voted” sticker at the register. With a deal like that, the line at Norm’s may be even longer than the ones at the polling stations.
5. GrubHub
If you want to know where the best deals are today, it’s on your couch. GrubHub is offering a ton of Election Day deals and steals. They’ve got deals like 30 percent off at Starbucks, 25 percent off at Arby’s, $7 off at KFC, and more!
6. Uber Eats
Uber Eats has got the delivery deals today, too. The site is offering 25% off (up to $15 off) orders between 6 p.m. local time on Election Day and 7 a.m. on Nov. 6. Customers need to spend $25 to get the deal.
7. Krispy Kreme
You don’t even have to flash your “I Voted sticker” to get the tastier deal around today. Krispy Kreme customers can get a free Original Glazed doughnut (one per customer) at participating U.S. shops on Nov. 5.
8. Dave & Buster’s
Dave & Buster’s has $5 beers all day. Sorry 18, 19, and 20-year-old first-time voters. However, all you 21-year-old voters can snag this deal.
